Message	spinning behind rims. There isn't a lot of airflow in such a tight space. It's only MHO because I haven't researched this, but I've always had the understanding drilled rotors creates turbulence and therefore increases wind speed inside the rim (like a tornado) and that aids in cooling. Just my $.02.
